The Master in Management prepares to perform managerial tasks in a dynamically changing international environment. Graduates acquire comprehensive competencies at an in-depth level and the ability to apply them in multidisciplinary contexts.

They are able to seek, analyze, critically evaluate and synthesize information from a variety of sources, enabling them to identify and solve complex management problems. They interact with colleagues to achieve a common outcome and use appropriate communication tools to effectively share knowledge and transmit ideas and information. They exhibit professional behaviors and have the potential to act entrepreneurially and lead in their chosen roles and in the larger communities.

Students can choose one of two specializations:

• International Management is a specialization with AMBA accreditation that provides the skills for a creative and entrepreneurial action in an international environment.
• Sustainability Management in Business is a new specialization shaping administrative competences in the context of sustainable development.
